Manu and the team were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to change our dates and providing efficient airport pick-up. the riad's location was perfect for exploring the souks, and we always felt safe. the attention to detail in the decor created a sophisticated and serene atmosphere. the breakfasts were a pleasant surprise, offering the option of eggs each morning. Manu even went out of his way to organize something for us on our early departure. I highly recommend this riad for a wonderful stay.

The guest rooms at Riad O are cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The private bathroom was clean and spacious, and the air-conditioning kept me cool in the Marrakesh heat. Having a TV and free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus too!
Personally, I found the TV in the room a bit outdated. But hey, that's just me.

Located just a stone's throw away from the lively Jemaa El Fna square, this hotel is the perfect place to stay for those who want to be close to everything. With rooms decorated in beautiful Moroccan style, you'll feel like you're right in the center of the medina. the staff is very attentive and professional, and the breakfast is well served. the hotel has its own hamman and massage facilities for some added relaxation.
There were some minor issues with hot water, but overall it didn't detract from the enjoyable stay.

The cozy and romantic environment makes it perfect for couples. The daily breakfast was delicious and filling, offering a variety of dishes to choose from. The location was amazing, right in the heart of bustling streets and markets, but still quiet and peaceful inside. Having access to a hammam and massage facilities added to the relaxing atmosphere.
The rooms were quite small with limited storage space. The air conditioning unit was noisy and not very effective.

This hotel impressed me with its luxurious amenities and outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive to my every need, providing me with all the information necessary to explore the city and its surrounding areas. the room I stayed in was spacious and elegantly decorated, featuring exclusive facilities that added to the overall feeling of luxury. In particular, I appreciated the in-room breakfasts that were delivered to my door each morning, made to order and simply delicious. the restaurant on-site served exquisite cuisine that surpassed my expectations.
Although this hotel excelled in so many areas, I did experience a minor issue with the wifi connection on the sun terrace. this did little to tarnish my overall opinion of this venue.
